I got registered myself with nextra broadband and then installed internet at my house. it was very disturbing as the net was being disconnected after every 5 mins. so any transactions were going on, it would stop and cancelled. many more problems were there. then after 5 minutes, net would get activated for only 10 mins. i complained to nextra everyday but they didnt bother me. i had given a security deposit of rs 1500 and another rs 1300 for activating my plan. it was very frustrating that the customer care were also very rude and they really didnt bother me. i felt i was cheated

    Poor service !!
    Its been 2 months I am not getting my refund from Company that I have been deposited in the form of security .... I had called to the company manager Mr varinder for refund my security advance but till date no one has been sent my refund and now there is no response .... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.. SHAME

    I have applied in nextra to recover my router and provide me with my refund, 4 months back.
    Since then i have called their customer care for weekly reminders even mailed them half a dozen times. Yet no one has even contacted me nor provided me with refund

    This is the most fraud, corrupt and unethical broadband company i have ever came across i took the unlimited data plan and during half of the time the connection was either very slow or disconnected despite making of false promises of 10 mbps. During 1 month of usage there sericed were disconnected for about 3 continuous days and half pf the time during normal days. I then requested them to get my refund of security money and called several times there customer care but every time they told that my disconnection request will be resolved and i will get my refund but still after 1 month i haven't received any call from there technician and customer care about refund after calling every time they give false assurances that my money will be refunded but no one bother to receive my call there technicians disconnect my calls when i ask for the refund. They even go to the extent of saying i don't know call customer care when i call customer care then they say that my problem has been resolved. I requested that i am shifting to another place do please collect your modem and give my refund but they don't listen to any of my queries and disconnect my calls when i complain about the delay.

    I, therefore, request you to sort out the problem immediately. OR
    If you are unable to provide the services, informed him accordingly. May I go to another Service Provider

    Nextra doing fraud with Customers by Aditi:

    I have been using Nextra internet connection for more than an year. However, at the time of taking the internet connection from Nextra, I was told that in case I wish to disconnect the connection in future, I will be refunded an amount of Rs. 1500 and the router will be taken back by the company.
    Now, after I have disconnected the connection , its been more than 6 months that I have been calling Nextra Customer Care on daily basis to get my money refunded. The only reply I am getting from them is that your concern has been escalated to the appropriate team and router will be collected within a week. However, till date I have not got a single call from Nextra to collect the router.

    I would like people to read my post and not take connection from such a fraud company who is making fake promises with its customers.

    Respected Sir/Mam,

    I wanted to draw your attention to the negligence I faced because of your services. I was also one of the customers of your nextra broadband and I feel so neglected as a customer as my queries were not taken so seriously as I thought so.
    I had requested for disconnecting my internet services from nextra because of my shifting issues and financial problem for which also called in customer care much time for disconnection of the router as soon as possible but they said they'll do this but yet no response.
    Then I had to submit all router and cables to nearest nextra centre in Kotla Mubarakpur Parsadi Gali 110003 because I was getting no response from your side and I had to shift in a hurry that's why.
    But now the problem is that as per your terms and conditions, security fee has to be returned of amount 1000 rs, which I deposited at the time of my router installation. Please kindly get in touch with me for my query to be solved.
    As simple as that I want my security fee back which is also mentioned in your conditions also, it's been a month and no one is ready to respond to my queries.
    It would be kindful of you if you treat your every customer equally and do as per you have said.
