Poor Internet / customer service and no refund of money on request

Hi,
I have taken a new 4G services from Airtel on 11th July 2015 from Noida Sector-18 Branch. Since beginning of service I am having the internet services not working satisfactorily/not working at all most of the time and have been following up with Airtel since last 24 days. The Airtel 4G number is 8130263344 and I have raised 2 complaints(63255852 and 63637451) and after so many follow up, Airtel could not resolve the problem I should have got 4G services but Airtel device is connecting on 2G where internet does not work at all there. Even their device is not able to connect on 3G network. No one from Airtel visited to my location to look into the issue.
I have asked for refund of Money couple of times in email but there has been no action. I have paid RS 2400 advanced rental and paid RS 800 for device. The transaction ID for advanced rental is 000010951. I have receipts for payments. This even has impacted my work for 24 days and created mental harassment and impacting my Job and impacting my family life. Hence I would request for refund of money they have taken for the new services and compensation for the poor customer services and time they have wasted of mine.
