Internet issue not resolved from last 1 month

So many email, calls, and service requests has been raised but still no proper solution regarding "no internet connection for days" & "frequent disconnect of internet" is resolved yet.

They are neither taking back the connection not rectifying it and also not replying to any querry.

Kindly look into this as work from home is getting difficult in this lockdown due to Corona pandemic.
