Worst customer care, problem not solved even after 2 days of complaining

It has been more than 32 hours since I placed the complaint regarding the internet not working and every time when I call them they are telling they will send the tech to solve it or the tech will call. Until now neither the tech has called us nor has the tech come to resolve the problem. Till not internet is not working. Very disgusting customer service from Yashtel. Heard about their worst service, but now experiencing it. This is the third time it has happening in past 14 days, two whole days there will be no internet at all and whenever you call the customer service they say their mantra "Today it will be done" and never turn up. Very very worst service. Planning to disconnect the internet service from them.
