Renew Broadband but still not start

I renew my GTPL Broadband connection after long time and submit my proper document ID proof with Passport size Photo.

I renew it from GTPL Agent
Agent Name : Faiyaz (M:75678 60712)

Renew Date : 16th March 2016
I paid : Rs. 2550/- Cash
I have receipt it also.

But no Response from GTPL Broadband receive. when I call customer care, they give only one answer that tomorrow will start connection. but there is no internet connection.

Agent can't receive my call.
