Reliance Jio Fibernet Complain Refund of Deposit

This has reference to my innumerable communication on above said subject

My Reliance Jio Fibernet service was terminated and the Equipment (Router) was collected from my flat on Sunday the 25th August, 2019 saying, I will get the acknowledgement by EOD. The engineer also collected the Bank details from me to process the refund.

Since then it is more than 20 days, I didn't get acknowledgement of receipt of equipment nor status on refund of my deposit amount.

I wrote several mails to jiofibercare@jio.com with copy marked to appellate.ap@jio.com
but, of no use. Looks, they don't have escalation system or its not working
