HI, I have paid the Rs. 3138 (BILL NO YOUF:749593) to YOU BROADBAND INDIA PVT LTD on December, 29 2015 to JAYENDRASING SOLANKI (SALES EXECUTIVE). He promised me that the connection will be activated within 10 days of the payment. All the installation work was completed on January 4, 2016 But after that no connection was activated for one month. After regularly reminding the service provider (Mr. Jayendrasigh & Mr. Pandey (HEAD)) about the non activation of the Internet they ignore the request and don''t take any action to activate my new connection.I even mailed the respective team abou the service not initiated after completing all the payment procedure successfully they replied "The issue is however being treated with top-most priority and our Technical Team is making the maximum effort to installed your connection at the earliest." BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN FOR ONE MONTH. Approx. After one month i.e January 22,2016 At last I have decided to cancel my new connection request and go for the other service provider so I told Jayendrasigh Solanki to cancel my request for new connection. They have initiated my cancellation and haven''t gave me any confirmation mail about the cancellation request has been initiated. I tried to acknowledge almost twice in a week since then about my refund for the cancellation, Jayendrasigh Solanki and Mr. Pandey (Head) kept on giving me false promises that the refund is already in process. It has been more than 20 days but still I haven''t also recieved my refund. Today I called the Mr. Pandey about the status he told that it was not processed till now I will do the needful as soon as possible. I am not sure what Jayendrasig and Mr. Pandey areupto they took my money and never activated my internet connection nor they have given my refund after I told them to abort the connection request. Please team do the needful and help me to give justice to my requested service from YOU BROADBAND INDIA PVT LTD.
