Refund of deposit amount surrender my bsnl landline connection

I have surrender my bsnl landline connection in May 2015. by giving application in BSNL Ulhasnagar Telephone exchange office. till today i didnot received my deposit amount. as per BSNL employee it will come after 6 month it almost 10 month gone till i didnot received cheque from bsnl.

please help me on it.

    We have surrendered our BSNL landline on May 2017, we are yet to receive the refund for deposit amount. When I called customer care they told deposit amount is 0.Please help on this regards

    I Srinivasan Lalitha surrendered my Land Line No. 020-27410771 (Account No. 1019169798) on 24.04.2017 and according to my follow-up understand Rs. 490/- is refundable to me. But till date no refund has been received.

    Pls. ack. & advise when I can receive.

    I have surrendered my land phone unit (land phone No.0484 2786548)in December 2018 at tripunithura office.Doc No.1901912261.I haven't received the refund of my security deposit till date despite of many enquiries over phone.Now a days even the phone No they have given for enquiriesis not attended by anyone concerned.
