RaajNett internet no new connection nor refund

Hi,

I have paid Rs 4228/- HDFC Cheque no 075689 Receipt no 9892 dated 02-Apr-2016 towards New Internet connection and Free Wi-Fi modem.
The installation is not yet done as of today 19-Apr-2016.

Even after many follow ups with Customer care in 1800 123 3113 the installation is not yet completed.
On 05-Apr-2016 RaajNett installation team came up to install a 24 port fiber optic switch HUB to be placed in the roof top of the apartment society. The same is not allowed / permitted by the association to install at a common area and hence installation was not done.
After that there is no alternative being provided & not also entertaining the request to REFUND the amount paid towards new connection.

Please help to get the REFUND amount as the installation is not feasible by RaajNett to provide Internet connection at my apartment.
Even after many follow ups with Customer care in 1800 123 3113 there is no response for installation or REFUND.

I have also written emails to following 3 recipients sales@raajnett.co.in;support@raajnett.co.in, helpdesk@raajnett.co.in on

But there is not even a single reply for any of these emails from above recipients.
I would like to get installation or refund if installation is not possible.
