Payment made but connection was not given - Hi Reach Broad Brand

I have made the payment for the broadband connection on 13 of oct 2018. And the technician said that connection will get on tuesday i. E (17th of oct) but till now i do not get any connection (24th oct) and i have been trying to connect the technician through the customer care every day. Everytime i called the customer care, they are giving me the response that the technician will call me in 2-3 hours or team is on leave give me some time. I called the customer care atleast 4 times every day and they are giving me some or the other stories every day. I even asked them the contact of higher authorities and they are not giving me anything.

Please help me in this regard.
