Over charge and billing dispute not being settled

I am being over charged for 1200₹ plus taxes for a plan with different names. 6894₹ is my current charged amount and plan available is 5694₹, that means I paid 1200₹ plus taxes extra for same plan with no difference. Over and above i am being asked to pay for VAS 1500₹ for static Ip which I will pay, but first Tikona Pvt Ltd needs to justify when there is a plan with lower amount available why am I being charged with higher one.
