Not setting up wifi till the due date and not picking up call.

Paid money for broadband on protected/protected/protected and told for installation in protected days. Installation not done till date. Since payment the agent Ms Vikash didn’t pick single call. Tried to complaint to customer care. Sent E-mail, no use. My work from ruined up. I’m fed up. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon
