11 Days unresolved of lost Connectivity issue

They are not giving satisfactory service and delay to resolve the Connectivity issue. From last 15 days I don't have internet connectivity, in this pandemic my works are disturbing..... And I lost 3 deals by not mailed the data on time ..

From last 11 days the internet not working... I raised my complaint but till now they are not resolved...
Just gives excuses...

And they are also forcing me to change my cable and reduce to give the refund of security money of the cable...

They charged me again for the cable...

Can't understand what happened with me...

Please help.
