I have taken GTPL's 60mbps plan for 9 months worth Rs.6000 paid. It has been hardly one month and the connection drops daily and then I have to complain on their customer support, everytime I ask them for a permanent solution and they promise me to give me so but the same complain us repeated after 2 days. I am being mentally harassed by this company and they are not taking my concern seriously at all.
