Not providing proper internet service and poor complaint readressal

I write to you with great dissapointment regarding my internet connection provided by ion broadband here in wArangal area in telangana, iam a customer of this serviCe provider from 05 jan 2014.from the past one year iam facing severe connectivity issues in my area just wanted to know am'i only one facing such connectivity issues and tolerating such disconnectivity has become part of my routine now and the local staff here doesnt provide any timely response. I repeatedly asked ion broadband ppl to shift the box to my place as it is in some other body's place whenever those people turn off their power I'm loosing my internet connection here and they are making me to pay monthly rental with me always on the loss making side. I have writtenfour times regarding this issue And 918886668840,088866 68816 , are to be held accountable for every time I call these people they say our end is fine issue is at your end only plz plugout and plugin the adaptor after five minutes and then they would stop answering my calls such an irresponsible response I tell you this means your local staff people are not proactive to see where the problem arised until and unless the customer calls and says that there's a problem.
