Sir my name is prudvi.My Hireach broadband user id-Prudviraj720@gmail.com.
On 22nd march 2020 i lost internet connection.I called customer care,they sent a techniscian next day.Techniscian told me the owner of the building from where i got my intenet connection disconnected my internet cable due to some reason between him and the company.So he told me he needs my owner permission to jnstall that box in my building,immediately my owners gave him permission to install.The techniscian said he would come next day and install,but he has not come.I called 100000s of times to customer care and registered complaints,they are closing my complaints without resolving.
