dear sir,
my hathway broadband customer id is- 1446191
I paid for 50mbps speed, But was given a speed of only 1mbps.
After repeated complain to customer care no attention paid to my complaint.
Not even a call back by the company.
mental harassment by authority and complete ignorance towards my genuine complaint.
And i faced great deal of monetary loss and problems as i needed the requisite speed of 50mbps due to work.
plus service interrupted for most of the time and complaint registered promptly by me.
and they have even refused to acknowledge my problem by rudely talking with me.
