Non Refund of Payment by Arise Teleservices

This is with regards to my complaint for Tata Docomo sim card purchased from Arise Teleservices. They are supposed to refund the amount of R.1650 as per the complaint raised to Tata Docomo and also resolved by them and instructed to Arise Teleservices to refund the amount.

Accordingly I have received call form Arise Teleservices Mob no 8237903229 and been told that there executive Amit(7028907216) will come personally to pay the amount by cheque. But its been more than a month that my Cheque has not been paid by them and I also tried there senior managers number Sachin (8446819658) for the same he also promised to pay the amount as soon as possible either by Amit or he personally come to pay the cheque.

But now no one from the above mentioned numbers are receiving my calls.

Please let know what steps I should take to resolve my issue and get my payment from them.

    My documents and money Rs 1500 was submitted to Arise Teleservices through thier executive Omkar 7387785539 for Portability of 5 numbers from Vodafone to Airtel.But it has been two months nor i have receievd any response i contacted their manager Sonawane 8087477308 who is totally a fraud and is now not receiving my calls.
