I have Reliance Net connect 7489623842. From the past one month i am getting very low network coverage in my area and because of that the speed which i am getting is very low. I have register four complaints regarding this 244864245, 244962845,245045236,245260153 . The first three complaints get closed without any resolution and whenever i talked to the customer care executives and reliance appellate executives they said they are working on it and it will be resolve soon. They have also promised that network people will come and check the network coverage within 24 hours on 19 april, but till now no one shows up. I have also tried to contact the nodal officer of Reliance(MP), but no response from him. Every month i used to pay Rs 1200 for my 40 GB usage and the speed they have promised is upto 3.1 mbps, but the speed which i am getting is about 80kbps or some time 1 kbps also.What is more frustrating here is once you register a complaint they will give you 3 or 5 days and on the last day of resolution the complaint will close automatically without any resolution. Please have a look into this issue.
