HI Iam Sai. Currently iam using broadband services of MITHRIL
TELECOMMUNICATIONS PVT.LTD (brand name is HI REACH) I have been customer
of this company from past 4 months. Iam regularly facing issues a like no internet.
There is no day that I had not called them for my issue. When I call to technician and
office they are not answering my calls. Even problem is not solved they would have to
inform me tentative solving time. But they keep quiet and not answer the calls. Some
times they are weeks to solving problems. It is very bad experience with the company
as they promised to solve issue in half an hour while taking connection but they are
not fulfilling their promise. If they are not capable to give service to me (who lives in
Choppadandi) why did they promise me and why did they gave connection and that
too full payment needs to be paid before giving connection. I have been facing so
much pressure from my office for my unstable network. (meetings and calls etc).
Kindly above internet issue as soon as possible. Don't continue this behaviour with

can find that for every week I have raised 2-3 complaints.
