I have taken a 6-month plan in Bhadradri Kothagudem, and I have moved to Hyderabad for some reason. I have complained about for shifting of connection on 28.07.2021 and 13.08.2021 but there is no proper response from their side. They have provided that connection to some other on my account and charged extra from them.
