I am a user of Kappa Internet Services Pvt Ltd (http://www.kappa.net.in/) and I paid for a 4 Mbps 50 GB plan (BB-4M-30-50GB) but due their poor internet connectivity and sluggish internet speed I could only use their monthly plan for 13 days and could use only 17.5 GB data as notified by them through their customer care number (09983916000). I had to use BSNL broadband for the remainder of the month due to their poor internet speed so I demanded compensation for the rest of the unused data that I had paid for in advance either in the form of data or in the form of money. But they denied that too. Hence, I am reaching out through this consumer complaint forum.
