Due to Vardha strike on 08.12.2016 over Chennai, internet/wifi connection lost. Whenver talking with customer care of Rajjnett, their officer committed false commitment that by tomorrow eveng connection will be reestablished. ultimately beginning of this week, there customer care number is in non-reachable status. I have renewed my package on 8th Dec'16 (paid cheque for Rs.804/-). Moreover from the beginning (connection taken during July'16) I have made so many complaints to Raajnett that I am getting wifi signal only 8-10 days out of 30 days. Kindly send your technician and cheque up where is the fault. but they are not at all caring of customer. they are simply cheating the public.
