Internet is unstable and loss of valuable time without internet

I'm new user of railwire in Acropolis, Gothapatna, Bhubaneswar. The ISP charged me 4000 rupees for installation and gave connection to my home. I took 500 gb per month @100mbps connection for working from home. There is lot of problem of disconnection and low speed happening. When i call the service provider his answer is ridiculously non technical, telling router dropped the speed. Electric line broken... list goes on and on. It's infrastructure is not ready for selling to customer. I had loss of time and office work due to unstable internet connection. Please penalize this ISP company for this.
