I have taken unlimited internet connection from Ortel Communication-Bhubaneswar. I pay my regular bill before time. But, my net is not working since last one week, for which my urgent jobs have suffered a lot. I have complained several times over phone as well as through their customer care service. But they are not listening and not making it ok. For this non working period, they will also charge.
Hence, I request your good office to do the needful.
