Intermittent outage, 3 to 4 days for resolution

From past two months, I am facing torture from ACT like anything, multiple outages and they will take 3 to 5 days to recover.
As I am working from home it will be like a nightmare for me.

Even the nodal officers and appellate are not answering the complaints and it's not good for any company when management is also not interested to respond to customer issues
