I am your 6 year old customer of vodafone carrying postpaid bill average bill size is Rs.1000.
today at 1:50 pm I got call from 01171638600 and that bastered has stared abusing to me I want strong action against him. I visited your store at kalkaji they were not able to track that bastred. they have given me registration no that's it.

I want to know is the way Vodafone handling to their customer

    I took Tikona Internet Services in fEb 2016 and they took Rs 5000 advance for next three months, though services got activated after 15 days.
    Later Tikona services were poor as they promised speed of 5Mbps - most of the times it was below 1 Mbps and connections were breaking out frequently...sometimes it be missing for a days altogethre saying..our engineer will come home n fix it or our toqwer is shifting!!
    I had to use internet fort my office work so I discontinued using it March and informed them to withdraw services and give back refund.
    I still keep receiving calls saying that we can fix it etc. and some of there executive told me that refund amount was adjusted in the bill and NOW I OWE THEM 290 RS...n they keep increasing the bill as per there own convenience.
    Im fed up of there automated calls as well..THIS IS NON STOP HARSSMENT AFTER FACING SO MUCH INCONVENIENCE
