Did not recieve internet connnection after paid ACT FIBERNET Hyderabad

I am a consumer of ACT FIBERNET Hyderabad. I have not been receiving internet signals from 3/8/2016, though i have paid them for this month.They claim to resolve the complaint within 24 hours.After repeated complaints they create a ticket in the morning and close by evening without our feedback and internet doesnot work. please find below the ticket numbers

Because of the improper internet connectivity, i and my flatmates were not able to work from Home and went to office despite improper health conditions.
