i applied for airtel broadband connection with the name of jaswinder singh ahuja on 4/01/2016 by paying security deposit of Rs.1000 and my form number is 844261 but due to some problem in my area, the connection could not be installed and i was intimated about it on 6/01/2016 and as per the companies policy the refund should be generated within 21 days from the date of rejection but till now my amount has not been refunded. Everytime i call the customer desk, they give me a new date and ask me to wait for another 21 days.
