The support person assigned to me by Youbroadband named priyanka with contact number : "7573010592" is not answering any calls and keep rejecting the calls and talks very rudely to the customer.
I have filed the complaint againt the surat office of Youbroadband to Grahak Seva samiti and consumer court.

My internet connection is not working from past 7 days and i have registered complaints several times but no action i s being taken and all my important work is stopped because my internet connection is not working.

They are saying that the main line is dead but all other connection are working in my buolding but mine is not working.

Ease find som solution otherwose i have to take some action againt the authority in my city
