My existing ticket number - 216223356010494.
I have visited the service centre of HTC from 3 months and have given the phone for repair 4 times and still the problem persists. i requested them to make a replacement or provide a DO letter for it but there is no reply from their side. they have raised a quotation for my repair though the phone is in warranty. An alternative phone is also not provided for this. and it has been a month still no reply from their side about the repair status.
They have also given a quotation of RS. 1000 though the phone is in additional warranty
