Used 1 Month Of Tikona Brodband and tikona not refund money

My Name is Sandip. My Tikona ID is 1115974154. I buy 3 months plan from tikona at 2004 Rs from December 2015. I used internet 1 month. then i never used internet. after 3 months expired tikona give me extra charges 1377 rs. I not paid then one day i got call from advocate says me case opened by tikona . So i paid more 992 rs instantly. So now i want refund 992 Rs plus 2 months no internet usage charge 1300 Rs. I also called sometime to get refund but customer care not give me any satisfying answer.

    I call tikona care 2 times but I not getting satisfied answer. I paid 992 Rs on 22 August 2016. I got call from tikona advocate for harrasment for money. I not used internet from last 7 months. I paid 992 rs because of I not used internet from last 7 month. One more thing I want also refund for 2 months which is not used by me. I want refund 2295 rs . I am not satisfied with this tikona care answer. I paid 992 rs forcefully by tikona advocate.it's not fair thing.
