in 10th-july-2016 i registerd for new internet connction, the salesman told me next day i will get my connction but i get connction after 10 days by arguments with customercare, then till 10 days i get connction properly but after that my connction lost , i called to cusomercare they told me they will rectify my problem but till now my problem not solved, i am calling to customercare above 20 days but no solutions i got from them, they only telling me that engineer will come ang he will solve but 15-20 days no one come, i wnat to refund my paid money from them , so i also wnet to visit manager he also told me they will try to resolve my problem otherwise they will refund my money, but now manager also not responding my call, i want to refund my money by consumercase by jago grahak jago.
