Spidigo cheating, The company is lying all the times my internet is not working

The company is lying all the times my internet is not working from 10days and they are not solving the problems. And their technicians haven't enough capabilities to solving the problems I have been calling to customer care from last 10days on Daily bases I am spending my half an hour though my problem is not get resolved. They are closing complaints without solving the problem.
Their customer care no is not free that is chargeable. And I have this problem from long in a week internet is not working for 2days atleast.
