Unacceptable service charge demand

have purchased a samsung mobile s 23 ultra from samsung store panipat on 19.02.2023 and got it insured from servify and at the time of purchase i was told that if i wish to avail the service of insurance i will have to pay a service charge of 1999rs but now as the screen of my phone got break and i registered a complaint to get it repaired i am being asked to pay 12999 as an service charge which is completely unacceptable.
