My policy (I5638869) Bharti general insurance

This is to inform you that I got a call from 8968239218 (Sonali ) she said that she is calling from HDFC Bank on 24.09.2020. She had asked for Loan requirement they have also inform that we will have to take one insurance policy after loan sanction. But still my loan not sanctioned and they have activate my policy.

Now when I asked them to cancel my policy (I5638869) Bharti general insurance. They are asking that cancelation will take 14 days and then I will get my money back. Now 14 days has already left but there is no reply from them.

You are requested to please resolve this issue ASAP. If it will not resolve than unnecessary I will have to move to consumer court.
