Against icici and suzuki bike

Please look into this matter, I am in trouble since 24th August. I met with an accident and I submitted my bike to Suzuki workshop in Dilshad Garden Delhi Now ICICI lombard saying that they have not received the payment from Pacholi Suzuki but Pacholi says that we have sent all things so in this case I am facing trouble from last 2 months ICICI surveyer saying it is only 1 month why I am worried I am worried as I spent 1.25 lacs and paying EMI without my bike This is ridiculous No one is taking responsibility.

I have already raised complaint in consumer forum number is 1653655 complaint with suzuki is CAS32528W8P2V9 ICICI claim id MOT09119065 all documents are attached along with that Pacholi yet to provide the RC of my bike.
Please let me know Is ICICI or Pacholi who is responsible for this situation.no body help me from Aug month.so i want file a case against both company .
