sir i renewed my insurance of apollo port to max bupa insurance company customer ID 2000402799 membership no. 5394581 for my family by said employees amit kumar mob no.9654901174,surender kumar 9971434096,jatin 9911412341 on date 26/6/2018 against cheque no. 193519 of Rs 11520 and cheque no. 193520 of Rs 3382 and they did a wrong practice by port policy from appolo to max bupa and asked me to get more benefits as your insured amount will be increased from 3lakhs to 5 lakhs in approx same premium and you will get more benefits and when i and my wife admitted in rockland hospital manesar then i come to know about the fact that only policy is of 5 lakhs but you will not get benefit upto 1 lakhs claim . As my previous policy of appolo covered each claim like fever and minimum value claims but this is the extreme cheating with the cutomers by the company persons for getting more benefits of their own commission
