LIC - Non receipts of policy documents(Hard copy) / 258098136

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have taken a policy from LIC on 28 Dec 16 (Lic policy number 258098136)in favor of Sandeep Kishore.

But till now i have not received my bond papers even i have sent number of email to Lic of India(crm_meerut). Initially they started working on that and send soft copy of bond papers on my email.

but even after calling to LIC office(Modipuram)@01212576635 they have picked my call and responded to email regarding the bond papers(Hard copy)



It’s been almost 1 year and i am awaiting response from LIC.I have made several phone calls and sent emails to concerned departments however still not received any response.
It seems like taking decision of buying a policy was a complete nightmare.

At last i started new email chain so that i can get response from LIC from 3 oct 18 to till now i haven’t got any response and when i call them they just let me know that they are working on it.
