Accidental damage of screen rejected for repair under insurance

My iPad screen got damaged accidentally at home when a water bottle and mobile fell on iPad . Same was conveyed through proper procedure with brief details to one assist . They have rejected the claim saying it’s miscellaneous and not an accident . It is very disappointing to know that such companies are operating in our country. I have paid insurance premium for two years back to back and at the time of claim they are rejecting it by interpreting and manoeuvring it in own way. I have found many complaints online against the company. Such companies should be banned from operating. They are nothing more than a scam . Apple is asking me to pay 62000 for the damage .
