Insurance Complaint Complaint Date: October 21, 2021

Dear Team,
I am having car policy for my Dzire car Number RJ13CB8734. And having the insurance policy through Maruti insurance insured by Iffco Tokio.Poilcy Number is -12521105.

Now my car was hit the MS vertical and horizontal structure during reversing the car. It hit first with my bumper & taillight and further scarthes right side rear quarter panel.
Now i gave the car to repair the damage occurred and taken the car to PASCO bodyshop at Rajiv Chowk,Gurgaon on dated 19.10.2021.
SA mr Dinesh taken the car and opened job card. Claim intimation was sent to the insurance company M/S Iffco Tokio. Surveyour mr.Pawan Khatri was allocated and visited the bodyshop on dated 20.10.2021. On 21.10.2021 my SA Mr. Dinesh informed me that surveyour Mr. Pawan Khatri denied for claim requested.
I immediately called to Mr.Pawan Khatri and asked about the reason behind the deniel of justified claims.
Now my car is stucked at bodyshop because insurance person is not approving the claim.
As i am regular and repute customer of maruti and i am taking insurance through maruti everytime for my two cars.
Because as maruti insurance always ask huddle free claim settlement but in this case we are not getting my justified claims.

It is requested to you please intervene in the matter and resolve.
