reimbursement amount not received

we have recieved the written mail from max bupa insurance in which they agreed to pay rs 64000 in january starting . but still we have not recieved amount from last 2 months. we have sent them hospitals bills for claim in november. we are doing the follow up and sending reminders from novembers. but still i have not recieved the reimbursement amount.
