My phone was not operated properly, taken the insurance of 11998 from apps delhi

i had taken the insurance of 11998 from apps delhi,and after sometime my phone get damaged (50% of phone), then i contact to apps delhi and submit the application for insurance Claim Intimation Number D77166100625 then they pickup and deliver my phone within 21 days and during delivery i have given 500rs to the delivery boy. but sir when i checked my phone then i saw that only display will repalced by them and not others parts were operated. and after that on the same day i put the complaint. and sir from that day i put up many complaints but they will not any repickup my phone and they are just ignoring my complaint.and sir it is just to inform you that i already asked them when i put first application for insurance that if my phone was not properly operated then should you operate it again then they said YES. but the company is not reverting me back. i request you to please sir take strict action as soon as posiible.
