Sir,
I took the insurance of my mobile from Oneassist Consumer Solutions Private Limited. The services are pathetic!
I have been asking for my replacement letter for more than 1.5 years and they are unable to provide me.I have been chasing them on daily basis and mailing them as well. they don't value time and money.Whenever I call them , they say that will get back to you within 48 hours.. and I don't get any revert from them . Their supervisors are always busy on other calls .Never got chance to get in touch with them there and then...and never receives a call back from them...even the customer care people are not aware whats happening in the company.I asked them to let me know the status , they just say that we don't know the backend team just asked to take number thats it! Why you people are not giving my replacement letter .After knowing that I want to get my phone claimed again. It has become very difficult to use this phone due to which I was hurt in my ears due to its broken glass .even for my other number as well I have been waiting for my IMEI number to be uploaded and provide me the replacement letter for the same.i have escalated the case so many times...but all in vein . I am so helpless now that want to take this request to the court and take further procedure and action.

    I have been chasing you people from so many months but you people are not bothered to give my replacement letter .neither anyone gave call to me or mailed when this gonna be sorted ?

    Why no one is giving me revert on this issue???
    Company is least bothered...calling and mailing them everyday but no revert anywhere !
