I have enrolled in bharat health care health policy but I received something else which was not order and I am trying many time his customer care 9654198050,just disconnecting the phone after listen my name.we already paid 11990 rs for 4 year.. this company is fraud.please help me..

I am also attaching the E-mail received from Bharat Health Care.

    HI MY NAME IS NEHA SHARMA OR I AM THE MEMBER OF BHARAT HEALTHCARE FROM THE DAY I TOOK THIS POLICY I DONT BELIEVE AT THE REASONABLE AMOUNT OF RS-11990 BHC SELLING THEIR POLICY.
    NOW AM USING BENEFITS AS WELL NOT UPTO 100% BUT 70 TO 80 PERCENT SERVICES I AVAILED.

    I'd taken a plan from Bharat health care by paying 8000 INR. They sent me a gift which I did not order worth around 150 Rs. I'd sent medical bills worth Rs.27423 on 22/12/2016 but till date I have not recd. any reimbursement back. Now they are not lifting my phone. When I call from other number they give some excuse or later date for payment but actual payment is never made. This is cheat company.
