    False statement , Un-necessary Blame by PANTSHEEL:

    First of all , we are not providing any insurance.
    Secondly , Sir as per your saying your bills are not reimbursed since 4 months , that is a false statement we have reimbursed all the bills from our end which have been verified .
    And , the same has been timely confirmed by you over the mail , and telephonic conversation also.
    We have been timely updating you.
    Then, why you wrote this, what is the reason behind this writing we are not able to understand.
    As per your saying we have done fraud and have not done any reimbursement till now(05.04.2017).
    As at our end there was nothing like that we can provide you the proof of Reimbursement made in your account.
    Again mentioning the bills which have been reimbursed in your bank account.

    According, to our privacy policy we cannot openly tell on social media the Name ( Identity ) publically.
    But, unfortunately your false statement has forced us to write publically the bills which have been reimbursed by our end. Above , you can find the Code of the Bills Reimbursed.
    The bills have been reimbursed before the posting date i.e , 05.04.2017
    You have timely received the reimbursements.
    > The welcome kit was also delivered at your end timely.

    Still you are writing this note .
    That's a very strange thing .

    If you are not getting anything from our end then your writing is genuine , But, you are getting reimbursements got your kit also , still also you are not satisfied.

    We are replying here So, that Its for other customers and Viewers that we are not Frauds.
    And, we are providing timely services.

    And, hope you will also admit here that your above mentioned bills are reimbursed .
    And you have timely received the Welcome Kit also.

    If a person makes up it mind that we are providing so and so then thats not our fault .

    As per few conversation below , few [people enjoying benefits from pantsheel but i think this policy is not for who living in ghaziabad/Noida /NCR as if you call this people customer care they usually avoid conversation & dont provide any information regarding status of claim. one executive point to another & another point to different department. this way they spending time & not giving any info. If you will request for cancellation then after cancellation policy no call recevied from CCE as they are not intrested to reply via email or via phone . i am sharing their no those always not work. only ringing so this is the proof that this company is fake & i will go to obdusman insuarance to file case against pantsheel. they people cheating with customer. third grade company with low profressional staff. shameless company with shameless staff. Daksh verma no-9643940668, 9311176281, one landlineno which always show no is not valid fake company ..only money collecting agent. they will only reply via email till you purchase policy or till you pay amount after that they forgot customer....unprofessional...strict action will be taken against this company... i will keep continue fight via any other medium...dont purchase policy from this company..
