ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Policy Bond not received after one year

i bought a policy of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance from ICICI Bank Hapur Branch with wife's name on 20-05-2016. Policy no. is 20018223. premium payment mode is yearly and first premium has been paid by cheque on date of commencement i.e. 20-05-2016. but i didn't received any payment slip or bond till date even after going to bank frequently i used to get a promise of one week every time when i go to bank for documents. company sent a sms of second premium reminder i also sent on dated 22-05-2016. no body care about bond of policy. i also sent an email to concerned person who hold complaints on his email id i.e. deepak.kinger@iciciprulife.com on dated 25-04-2017 but no response i got from that side. now i want my first premium amount and also compensation of mentally harrasment which i got. i am no more interested in continueing the policy.
