i bought a new phone worth rs 21000 and also buy insurance from (CSS), after 2 months my phone got damaged and i applied for claim in same company and they people approved is and said one of the person will come and collect your phone and same has been collected by the company and after few days i have received a call from the company that we initiated your amount and will get it in your account till 28th Apri, and now they are denying that your complaint is not forwarded,,,
