मैंने 2 जून 2016 को mi का redmi note 3 मोबाइल खरीदा था 11999rs का जिसके साथ one assist कंपनी का mi protect 375rs का भी लिया था। एक साल बाद इसी protect को मैने renew करवाया था 10 जून 2017 को 989.1rs का।
अब मेरा फ़ोन की स्क्रीन ओर बॉडी डैमेज हो चुकी है जिसका क्लैम कंपनी मुझे दे नहीं रही है कृपया मेरी सहायता करें।
