    Hello sir/mam,
    I'm from Jammu j&k and purchased my mobile Samsung A5 in 2016 from M/s Arpit electronics Jammu for ₹ 30000/- with insurance cover by Apps daily company for ₹ 2500/- in 2/4/2018 my mobile accidentally total damaged. I registered online claim. In reply company demand ₹1500/- charges for claim process which I transfer in a week than they send me box by courier in which I send my mobile with all the requirements. After one month they returned my mobile reasons parts not available with letter repair from local service center. When I approached local Samsung service center they changed ₹ 150/- for estimate given for ₹ 24000/-. After that I call company executives and toll-free no. Their is no reply from their side. Now I am feel very much harassment by not getting my claim from dealer & company side. I had all the details with me. So please guide me how can I further get my claim & whom to contact.
